Our guide to the summer 2010 TV season

The summer's not quite here yet, but that doesn't mean we're not all looking forward to the return dates of our favorite summer shows. Here's a list and calendar we'll keep up-to-date of what's coming and when, June through August.

Want to see what’s coming this Fall?
We’ve got you covered!

Special thanks to Rich Keller who once again did a bang-up job starting this list off for us.

To subscribe to the below schedule in iCal, copy this link and paste into the ‘Subscribe…’ menu item in iCal. You can also just click it to open iCal or even click to add to your iPhone calendar. The same link will work in a Google Calendar as well! Or see the calendar as a web page (also embedded at the bottom of this post). The calendar will update as new shows are added/changed and with links to our reviews as we publish them.

* All times are in EDT PM, unless otherwise mentioned.

* New series premieres are in Bold Italics

Wohoo! Rescue Me!

Hum. FNL is on the Calendar but not in the list, I guess because it starts this friday. So you guys who just read this and don’t subscribe to the Calendar: Friday Night Lights Season 4 starts this Friday! Don’t miss it! It’s a great season. Promise!

May 5, 2010 at 7:35 PM

I think FNL is listed on the spring 2010 post we did, which is why it’s not on this one.

I really like the Google calendar. Thanks!

Is “So you think you can dance?” on this summer or are they saving it for a lame fall run again?

Also August 20th is a Friday. :]

I can’t believe Bullshit is starting up so soon after it seemed like only yesterday they were talking about ending it. And Weeds seems to start late this year, oh well, that show has fallen so far down the drain it’s unreal.

May 13, 2010 at 2:28 AM

No, there won’t be a fall season of SYTYCD. Simon Cowell’s X-Factor will be on by then, so Fox will have that in the fall, AI in spring and SYTYCD in summer.

Thanks for this calendar! I had some trouble trying to add it to my Google calendar using the methods listed at the start of the article, but clicking on the Google Calendar logo at the bottom right of the calendar on the page added it right to my calendar. Very cool!

May 20, 2010 at 12:49 PM

I see you’ve added shows to June 1st, but they don’t show up on the calendar.
