PodClack – Episode 15: MegaClack, part two

The MegaClack continues! Jay Black joins Christy T., Rich Keller and Keith McDuffee in part two of this week's monster podcast.

Welcome back to another episode of our PodClack podcast — yes, TWO in one week! Make sure you tune in and make your friends tune in as well!

This week, comedian Jay Black joins Christy T. again for TV Match-up; Rich Keller joins Jay for Rich is … wondering about Jersey Shore‘s location; film director Brian Herzlinger does Movie Look-up on the word “bride”; and Keith McDuffee gets into general CliqueClack stuff including the infamous peanut butter-jam joke.

Every week (or almost every week), Brian does a TV guide keyword search based on a word someone leaves in a comment here, so sure you leave a word for Brian’s next movie look-up!

Please keep the comments coming and let us know what you think. Got suggestions? Questions? We’d love to hear ‘em! Make sure you get everyone you know to subscribe to the PodClack in iTunes (and rate us, please!) or via some other feed — we feed Jay’s ego a careful diet of traffic numbers and subscriber count, so let’s not let that sucker die of starvation.

Thanks for listening!

Nice mega clackkkkk, i really enjoy the “two for one” pods, hope you can do it more often.

Very disappointed of Brian. When last week i choose the word bride, i was aiming to get the classic princess bride review, but instead we got runaway bride… really??? you liked that movie??? is horrible and boring (Julia Roberts’s character is like a cartoon), but what really put the cherry in the pie was knowing that Brian actually liked the end of lost… WTF!!! we wheren’t expecting the answers of ALL the questions, but at least answer ONE. I get that is a character driven finally (and a good one in that aspect), but you can’t just ignore all the pass seasons, like they never happened. worse finally ever.

I remember that HIMYM post, and that joke. I’m from Chile (thank god i’m not from Guatemala, or else i would veto these pod :), hence my first language is spanish, and i clearly remember not getting the joke… until now!!! thanks Keith!!! :)

Great pod as always, hope we can get a little of Debbie McDuffee in the future too (maybe the two of them at the same time, that would be awesome), and keep the two for one mode!!!

I will suggest a word just in case nobody else show up (is not fair that the same person pick always the word, right?), but as i said just in case the word is PRINCESS (lol)

The Princess Bride is one of my all-time favorite movies — c’mon Brian, throw us a bone! :-) Although Runaway Bride was pretty cute…. Maybe I’ll pop up on a podclack sometime, you never know! :-)

Congratulations on the baby, Jay! That’s awesome!

Just listened to the podcast on the way to see Conan in Philly. Thought comedy would be appropriate for the trip over. Some comments.
-Rich, when did they ever clean up Seaside Heights? The place is still so dirty you get an STD driving through.
-Cristy T should be happy to know that both Conan and the frontman of Phish came out in Flyers jerseys. Though I wasn’t paying attention to Phish since I was distracted by the hotness of Tina Fey in person.
-Jay, do not listen to Brian about Runaway Bride. It is chicky of a movie as you think it is.
-Also after listening to both sides I agree with Christy’s opinion of the Lost finale, not Brian’s. When it ended I was too emotionally messed up to care. Didn’t hit till I was about to fall asleep that they answered crap. So now I live in denial.
