The countdown to midnight captured everyone’s personality perfectly: Frankie and Sue were counting, Brick was reading, Axl was texting, and Mike was sleeping. If, as Frankie said, he’d been snoring since London, does that mean they’d been watching all day as cities around the world struck midnight? Wow.

Is the current television season halfway through, or does it still have halfway to go? That’s my attempt at applying the glass half full/half empty concept to a television season. But with most shows on hiatus, I figured this was a good time to look back at the half-season that was.
