Please don’t get me wrong. I know that the title of this post my make it seem like I don’t like the show Bones, or perhaps that I don’t like Booth and Brennan. In fact, I am a big fan of the show. I was so upset by Zack’s guilt at the end of last season that it was hard for me to start watching again this Fall. Yet, this season has proven to be a lot of fun to watch, as have all of the other seasons.

But one of the things I’ve noticed this season is that the writers are trying to push Booth and Brennan together with constant yammering about relationships. The push is harder this season than it has been in the past. Even the infamous holiday kiss from “Santa in the Slush” pales compared to this season’s attempts to force the dynamic duo into a romantic relationship. Read the rest of this entry »
