The cast of Subtle Sexuality's lastest videoFolks, I’m a bit surprised at you. Here we are giving away free swag, courtesy of NBC Universal and The Office, and you’re just not responding. Couldn’t you all have waited to shed the materialistic shackles of your life until after the giveaway was over?

For those of you who haven’t given up all your worldly possessions, you still have two days to sign up for the Subtle Sexuality giveaway. For those of you unfamiliar with the previous statement, Subtle Sexuality is the singing duo of Dunder Mifflin’s Kelly Kapoor and Erin Hannon. It’s also the newest Office webseries. And, to celebrate its release, as well as Subtle Sexuality’s new song “Male Prima Donna,” we’re giving away a “Subtle Sexuality World Tour” T-shirt and a CD of the song.

All you need to do is go to the original Webisode Clack post and tell us what your favorite Kelly, Ryan, or Andy moments are. Submit your entries to this giveaway by Friday, November 20th, at 5 PM ET. We will pick one person at random to receive the package, and alert the commenter after the giveaway ends. Only one entry per person, and you must have a valid U.S.-based mailing address. Not following these guidelines voids your entry.

Kelly and Erin, also known as Subtle Sexuality

Today we’re going to offer you, the tried-and-true CliqueClack reader, a two-for-one special. Not only will we be reviewing the latest set of webisodes from The Office, but we’ll also be giving away a sweet package, courtesy of NBC Universal Comcast (sorry, got ahead of myself there).

For the latest round of Office webisodes, the creators have taken a page from the continuing surge in everything musical, and whipped up a small story — a behind-the-scenes look, shall we say — about a music video produced at the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin. Not a video by one of the hottest bands of today, like Bon Jovi or Ace of Base. Rather, this video was directed, written, and produced by two members of the D.M. staff.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Kelly Kapoor and Erin Hannon; otherwise known as the duet Subtle Sexuality.

Here’s the final installment for this five-parter from guest clacker Julia Hass. Be sure to check out part one, two, three and four if you haven’t already.

Concern the Fifth: Putting the Nard-Dawg Back On the Prowl
When I first heard Ed Helms was joining The Office, part of me was thrilled, because oh my God Ed Helms, and part of me was sad to part with him reading me my fake news. At first, the latter won. Andy originally was a snobbier version of Dwight with a penchant for irritating karaoke who punched in walls and screamed a lot. But toward the end of the third season, anger management seemed to have done Andy a world of good. He moved into a strange mixture of Michael and Dwight that was endearing and fun.

The roast of Michael Scott

Jason Hughes on February 2nd, 2009 4:00 PM

The Office - "Stress Relief"“I knew exactly what to do, but in a much more real sense I had no idea what to do.” — Michael Scott (Doesn’t that pretty much sum up Michael Scott in one sentence?)

First of all, I think we all know that Michael is way too sensitive to survive a roast, and this one wasn’t even as scathing as some of the ones we’ve seen. Does that make it even more mean-spirited that the rest of the team went ahead and threw him under the bus? Surely they knew he would be devastated by their comments.

I’m incredibly disappointed that we didn’t get to see Creed roast the maestro. I can’t say for sure he would have been any better than what we did see, but more Creed is always a good thing. Still, there were some good digs, particularly from Pam and Andy. iPod Shuffle? Ouch!

The Office(Season 5, Episode 12 – “Prince Family Paper”)

What a fantastic blend of the emotional heart of this show with the unique humor that makes it so special. There’s nothing like The Office for taking something completely mundane and making it entertaining. Tonight, while the major story featured Michael and Dwight’s infiltration of a rival smaller paper company, the rest of the cast participated in that age-old debate. Is a chick hot … or not? Tonight’s candidate: Hilary Swank. I actually remember getting into this exact same debate about her shortly after her gender-bending performance in Boys Don’t Cry back in 1999.

And here we are ten years later still having the debate? And yet, Hilary Swank is one of those actresses where you can see why there would be some uncertainty. But the show did a great job of breaking it all down. Isn’t it interesting how it was Jim who tried to curb the entire debate early into it to get everybody to go back to work. Not that it worked, but Jim is certainly stepping up in the world of office responsibility. No longer the prankster playboy. Maybe he’s finally taking his potential career seriously.

The Office(Season 5, Episode 11 – “The Duel”)

Well, that was a departure from the norm. The Office has successfully straddled comedy and drama in a way that half-hour shows have never truly mastered. This week things were far more serious, dealing with the fallout of the office finding out about Dwight and Angela’s affair. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with the way things turned out. Unlike most episodes, the B-story was almost inconsequential, taking up virtually no time during the show. And yet the time seemed to just fly by and suddenly it was time for 30 Rock.

Ever since we found out about Angela cheating on Andy with Dwight, I’ve wanted this to come into the light, and for Andy’s sake I was hopeful that it would do so before their wedding day. That it became known by the entire office before Andy, I didn’t anticipate. Going into tonight’s episode, that burden has apparently been weighing on everyone for seventeen days, and especially Dwight who leapt to his feet constantly expecting the inevitable confrontation.

The Office – Business Trip

NBC

(Season 5, Episode 7)

So the new love triangle is really starting to get on my nerves. Not because I don’t like it, but because I do. That said, I really hope it doesn’t go on much longer. The post anger management Andy Bernard is still a weirdo, but he can be a helluva guy, as shown here. I liked the unique character split this week as it explored some new relationships. As Andy said, he’s worked next to Oscar all this time and it took a trip to Winnipeg to really get to know him.

Considering the size of this cast, the possibilities for creating new and interesting relationships between the characters are nearly endless. And there’s still so much more I’d love to know about Meredith, Phyllis and Creed. Especially Creed, but at the same time he works so well now with these short bizarre glimpses into his world and psyche.
